Lightly-salted keta roe by Caviar House from Oncorhynchus keta salmon caught in the Northeast Pacific (USA, Canada, FAO 67). Keta salmon eggs are bright orange with a soft-shelled 5mm grain and creamy texture. The wild-caught salmon from the Pacific region gives us this mildly salted, delicate-shelled roe, which impresses with its light orange grain and very fine and intense flavor.
