 Cavatelli with tomato and peppers


Ingredients for 4 people:


400 g. Caνatelli
100 g. peppers
olive oil
salt, pepper
200 g. tomatoes
parsley, garlic

50 g. Parmesan cheese

 

METHOD


Peel and seed the tomatoes, wash and clean the peppers and chop both. Place in a liquidiser together with the parsley, garlic and parmesan and blend gradually with the olive oil until a thick but liquid paste forms, season with salt and pepper. Dress the pasta which has been cooked in plenty of boiling salted water and drained aΙ dente with this sauce.
