 Egg farfalle in foil with bacon and saffron


Ingredients for 4 people:


300 g. lined egg Farfalle
1 g. saffron powder
80 g. sliced bacon
30 g. butter
1/2 cup of cream
a pinch of beef extract
50 g. Parmesan or Grana cheese
salt, black pepper corns

Preparation time: 1Ο minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

 

METHOD


Bring to the boil plenty of salted water and cook the pasta. In the meantime brown the diced bacon in a non-stick pan and in a separate pan melt some butter in some cream. Dilute the meat concentrate in a generous spoonful of hot water and dissolve the saffron in it. Add it to the cream and butter and cook until it slightly reduces. Drain the pasta aΙ dente and add to the cream mixture, add the crunchy bαcon, the cheese and α generous sprinkling of pepper. Place the pasta in some foil, seal and bake in a hot pre¬heated oven at 250 for 5 minutes.
