Preparation tips: To cook. Use frozen: Two cooking methods are possible. For large quantities, sear the escalopes still frozen in a pan without fat for 1 to 2 minutes per side, then bake in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes at 160/180°C. For smaller quantities, sear directly for 4 minutes per side at 150°C.
